Most Lexus hybrids use the same 6-cell modules as a Prius or Camry, and we price them the same. The RX uses larger 8-cell modules in three riveted assemblies, which takes longer on the bench.

Labor follows the number and size of the modules. Only the modules that fail testing are replaced.

- The 6-cell Lexus packs are quoted at Prius and Camry rates because they use the same type of module. We confirm the module type when the pack is on the bench, and tell you before any work if it differs.
- The LS 600h uses a different, larger module type and is not offered. Lexus hybrids with lithium-ion packs are not offered either.
- Prices are for battery pack work only. Removal and installation are through partner mobile mechanics.
Common symptoms

- Master warning light with a hybrid battery code (P0A80, P0A7F)

How it works
Same process as every rebuild
A partner mobile mechanic removes the pack and brings it to us, every module is tested out of the car, you approve an estimate by email, and the pack is balanced and rechecked before pickup. Our 90-day limited warranty covers the battery work.
